Loss can feel overwhelming and life-changing. My goal is to enable you to feel able to cope with your loss, to find meaning and purpose and to believe that you will be able to enjoy life again.
I understand that everyone's experience with loss is unique, and I will work with you to create a personalized approach that fits your individual needs, enabling you to find ways to move forward into a new normal in a healthy and meaningful way.
About me and my practice
I will provide safe, non-judgmental, compassionate and empathetic counselling where you will feel supported and heard. My goal is to help you find meaning and purpose in the midst of loss and to help you to find the tools and support you need to cope and move forward.
Are you feeling stuck, like you cant move forward with your life or enjoy the things you used to?
Are you struggling with anxiety, anger, depression, or a loss of confidence or sense of who you are?
Has your loss left you feeling isolated or led to family conflict?
I work with an integrative model of counselling which is a holistic approach that draws on several different theories and techniques to create a personalised approach that is tailored to each individual client and their unique needs, goals and circumstances.

Initial Consultation
Please contact to arrange a free 30-minute consultation to talk about what you are looking for and for me to answer any of your questions.
I can tell you a bit more about how counselling works if you are unfamiliar with the process. This will give you an opportunity to decide if you feel comfortable with me and for me to understand more about your needs and to see if I feel that I am the right person to help you. There is no obligation to continue working with me after this.
If we feel that we can work well together then we will schedule a full counselling session. This will last 50 minutes and for a regular day and time each week, online or on the telephone as you prefer.
Therapy can be short, medium or long-term and we will review regularly and agree when you think you will be ready to end counselling. This will always be your choice.
